Supervision
We offer supervision as determined in the Act of Construction, representing an important segment in construction of any kind of facilities. Supervision of construction, craftwork, and installation works for all kinds of facilities is carried out by a group of professionally trained certified engineers – chief supervisors.
We also have many references in consulting with accordance to the FIDIC rules and with accordance to the rules of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers. We have experience in counselling service in accordance with the "Red book" (Conditions of construction contracts), as well as consulting services in accordance with the "Yelow book" (Conditions of contracts for working equipment, project design and construction).
Construction supervision, as defined by the Act of Construction, mainly covers the following services:
1. Work and material quality control,
2. Control of compliance with project documentation and construction permit,
3. Control of following time plan and financial plan,
4. Certification of the accounting books and the review of the eligibility of the additional works,
5. Cooperation in technical inspection of the facility,
6. Identifying shortcomings and acquisition facility.
